In regard of the machines equipped in Jierui, all of them are designed and arranged in accordance with international manufacturing standard, among which are automatic welding machines, CNC machine tools, cylinder barrel washing system, 2 large-scale painting lines, 5 sets of cylinder testing equipment as well as the destructive testing equipment designed as per customer′ S request of cylinders under dynamic and static condition. Jierui also keeps completing its manufacturing facilities, including putting 1-1.5 million RMB to upgrade them annually.
Its products can be classified into 7 types-welded cylinders, tie-rod cylinders, telescopic cylinders, servo system cylinders, non-standard/ customized ones, and ones for fork-lifts & automobiles respectively.
